To the Hon Superior Court Clerk of Jackson County, the undersigned, Adm. Upon the estate of Andrew Bryson and Sarah Bryson, would most respectively request that an order of the court be made giving the undersigned permission to a portion of the said estate of the personalty sufficient to discharge the taxes assessed against the real estate which is now in the hands of the Tax Collector of said county...this 27th day of Dec. 1884.
