Phillips, grandson of William Lewis, who wound up with much of it via his father (Phillip Phillips) being the administrator and dying before it was all dealt with. The records don't explain why Green Lewis's land was part of that estate though. He must have died without heirs and it reverted to his siblings, or he sold it to a sibling, who also died without heirs?. See deed dated 2 Jun 1818, though it doesn't explain why it's part of the estate or clearly state it is part of the estate;
