!NOTES:I don't have any direct proof that Mary E. Calhoun is a child of John & Lydia, but it fits very well based upon them moving from Ashe (where Mary is proven to be born) to Mitchell (where Mary married around the same time), and them being the only older Calhouns in Mitchell that could be her parents. It isn't 100% that they are her parents, but I'd say if not, then they are very closely related to her. It doesn't help that I couldn't find her in 1860 or 1870 (nor them in 1870);
